The best way to consider the upcoming live show on the weekend of July 15th is like a Shaperaverse convention. A bunch of fans are getting together, many staying in the same hotel, and there are a number of events happening from Thursday through Sunday. I am going to list the main events here along with locations and addresses. There are fan organized things happening also, probably some TTRPGs, etc so check on NADS for these additional things.
- Thursday night, from 6-11 is Shaperaverse Karaoke at Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown, main event space. Ask at the front desk if you cant hear it. They’re point you right where you need to go. There will be cash bar there and food can be procured in the hotel. No outside food or drinks can be brought in, however.
During the Karaoke night, there will be a 1 hour special time set aside for a contest. Optional contest. The winner of this fan vote will perform a song on stage, on Saturday night, during the live show. (I will explain everything to them.) This is special little bonus contest. The majority of the karaoke party is not a contest, just this special bit.

(Southeast corner of the Midtown Global market. It is semi-private, but there are lots of food and drink options all around). This will be attended by both fans and performers. Everyone can hang together. After 9 festivities can continue at any number of places should you wish.
