Please watch and share the video. This is a video for children’s charities put together by Lauren Osborn which i did the music for. Lauren has gotten children from all over the world to participate. None of us are making a penny off of it, it is entirely for kids and charity during these insane times. I’m going to let Lauren speak, as she has single handedly engineered this entire endeavor:
PLEASE DONATE & SHARE! ??

Honestly I’ve never been so nervous to post anything in my life.
So in the last few weeks I’ve been working REALLY hard to make this video. It’s been a really huge learning experience for me, I hope you like it.
A bit about the project:
on 30th April, I emailed my friend Tim Morgan who was donating to a charity of my choosing after I did a fun project with him and some other awesome humans on his London Quest team as part of our efforts for the 2.6 challenge. Whilst telling him the charity I wanted to donate to, I got really upset that it wasn’t a charity able to help kids during this time because the horrifying fact that so many children are having to spend lockdown in abusive homes, or children who are carers for their families are having to work over time right now and many un able to go to school and get outside help etc absolutely broke me (gah, I’m crying as I type this ???♀️?)
Anyway, later that same day, totally unrelated my husband Adam Jennings suggested that I do another ‘Lauren Sings With’ but try and get some friends kids involved to give them something fun and creative to do in lockdown, and then, well…this idea was born!
I then contacted my wonderful amazing friend Paul Shapera and asked if he could create me a custom track to Somewhere over the rainbow which he agreed to do straight away. I then made a post asking for kids up to aged 10 to get their grown ups to send us in videos of them singing it for me to then create one mass video and track to help us raise some money for some amazing charities who all work tirelessly to help the children of the world live a happier, safer, better life.
The response was amazing, we ended up with 40 children, from 7 different countries, I’m sure my editing skills don’t do them justice, but having created a pretty great sounding track using recordings off of peoples phones, I think I have done an alright job ?
We are fundraising for 5 AMAZING charities, some are super small and COVID-19 has had DEVASTATING affects on their fundraising which means their very focussed projects are really losing out on their amazing work.
The charities are:
Kadect – Kashmiri & African Deaf Children’s Trust
Children Do Matter
Love146
Action for Children
Hospice Africa Uganda
