One of the greatest things about the net, and YouTube to be specific, is that while it has destroyed the record industry (and as a musician, good riddance i say ) it has allowed people unimagined opportunity to create and show their own work. (How to ultimately make money from that is another very large question for another very large day). These days of course, Bat For Lashes seems to be doing pretty well for herself, and congratulations to her.
